WW Talents in Sofia, Bulgaria, is hiring a German-speaking Billing Service Agent to support customers with billing inquiries and deliver exceptional service on-site.

Initially on-site with a potential move to hybrid after 4 months for top performers; rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00. The role offers base pay plus bonuses, relocation support, and a signing bonus to assist relocation.

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Join an international team as a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent, supporting customers with billing-related inquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site (for top performershybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule:Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training -€500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support:2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation,Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary
