PMSolutions in Sofia/Bulgaria is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor for handling customer technical issues. The role can be performed remotely on a full-time basis, with training provided to ensure success in a multilingual support environment.

The candidate should have German at C1 level and English at B2, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Salary is accompanied by monthly bonuses and relocation assistance.

As a GERMAN Technical Support Advisor you will work on simple or complex customer technical issues

We are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in GERMAN language both written and spoken - C1
• Good command of English - B2

• 3000 BGN gross (Bulgarian lev)
