You will interface with Level 2 teams and external suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution. The position is full-time and requires working with Cisco and Juniper/MIST/ Meraki product families.

Qualifications

• Level 1 incident response and troubleshooting tasks (skills comparable to Contact Centre).
• Incident Ticket administration.
• Customer communication via phone and email.
• Interfacing with Level 2 and external suppliers and carriers.
• Knowledge of working on the products - Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, Juniper MIST mLAN and mWIFI, Cisco Meraki mLAN and mWIFI.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 incident response and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and update incident tickets in the system.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates.
• Coordinate with Level 2 and external partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Cisco Viptela, Juniper MIST and Meraki products.
