Job summary

Vistra is seeking a German Payroll Administrator for iiPay to deliver accurate German payroll processing for a diverse client base across multiple countries. The role supports collaboration with the in-house payroll team across Hungary, Poland, Germany and the UK, enabling flexible remote work with occasional visits to the office.

Reporting to the German Payroll Operations Manager, the position offers a full-time permanent role with potential for remote work and growth within a global payroll

Qualifications

• No prior payroll experience required; eager to learn and grow in payroll.
• Strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Highly motivated and driven with strong communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Extremely organized with pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and demonstrate assertiveness when needed.
• Capable of manipulating data in Excel using formulas, filters and tables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and compliant German payroll processing for a group of clients and payrolls, coordinating client requirements and managing the process.
• Schedule and deliver client payrolls against the agreed timetable; communicate with clients to meet deadlines and escalate issues to meet SLAs.
• Strive for operational excellence by improving systems and processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy in client contracts.
• Maintain clear and informative communications with clients, colleagues and client account managers.
