Qualifications

• Several years of HR operations experience for the German market.
• Professional fluency in German (C1).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and payroll dependencies.
• Experience with Global HRIS platforms and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex HR cases across full employee lifecycle for German market.
• Escalation point for payroll discrepancies and compliance questions.
• Contribute to SOPs and work instructions across HR streams.
• Mentor and support HR Specialists; promote knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate cross-stream to ensure end-to-end hire-to-retire delivery.
