IWG, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Regional CEO in Germany, focusing on recruitment, training, employee relations and strategic employment advice. This role will have significant influence on shaping a performance‑based culture across our German business.

This individual contributor role requires fluency in German and English, with travel to Germany 3–5 times per quarter.

Qualificações

Fast-paced, proactive HR generalist with experience in German HR legislation and the ability to formulate a people plan for our German business.
Fluency in both German and English is required.
German works council experience is highly desirable.
Experience in a fast-paced environment that puts the customer at the heart of the business.

Responsabilidades

Develop and embed a robust Talent Strategy.
Develop and execute recruitment plans to ensure timely and quality decisions within budget.
Ensure that an excellent HR policy and procedure framework is in place to meet the needs of the business.
Overseeing all Employee Relations, performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
Develop learning and talent development plans to build organizational capacity and enhanced management capability.
