Job summary

Antal is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist with German to join our new Shared Services Centre in Łódź. You will manage overdue accounts, contact customers, resolve disputes, and support reconciliation in a fast-paced, international finance team.

The role offers exposure to OTC, collections, and process improvements within a Global Finance context. Fluent German and English, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or OTC.
• Fluent German (min. B2) and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• A proactive approach and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for overdue invoices and customer accounts.
• Contact customers by phone and email to arrange payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes.
• Handle reminders, dunning and customer statements.
• Monitor accounts, invoice statuses and payment commitments.
• Support cash application and account reconciliation.
• Maintain collection records in systems (e.g., HighRadius).
• Prepare collection reports for audits and legal recovery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Operations and dispute teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection processes.
