Job summary

Syndigo is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist located in Poland. The role oversees accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and German/English documentation for contracts and business records.

The candidate should be fluent in English, German, and Polish and proficient with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and Excel. The position requires 2+ years in AR/Billing/Collections, an accounting/finance degree, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
• Proficiency in English, German, and Polish both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collections activities; send reminders and apply suspensions as needed.
• Maintain overdue reports and track balances over 10 days.
• Process collection agency returns, inquiries, insolvency cases, and related documentation.
