Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Zapewnienie realizacji planów produkcyjnych oraz KPI.
• Nadzór nad operacyjnym budżetem i kosztami.
• Wdrażanie inicjatyw usprawnień procesów i optymalizacji organizacyjnej.
• Rozwijanie i wspieranie zespołu zarządzającego, budowanie wysokowydajnych zespołów.
• Zapewnienie zgodności z przepisami BHP, jakości i audytów zewnętrznych.

Plant Manager

Location: Łódź

Zadania / obowiązki

• Comprehensive management of the production plant and responsibility for achieving operational, quality, and cost-related objectives
• Overseeing production processes and ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with applicable standards
• Responsibility for delivering production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitoring and optimizing the plant’s operational efficiency
• Responsibility for the operational budget and cost control within the production area
• Analyzing financial results and identifying deviations from budget assumptions
• Initiating and implementing process improvement and organizational optimization initiatives
• Developing and supporting the management team while building high-performing teams
• Driving change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
• Cooperation with auditors and external institutions
• Reporting operational and financial results to senior management

Oczekiwania

• Experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment (Plant Manager / Factory Manager / Operations Manager)
• Experience in managing a production plant or a large operational area
• Experience in team management and leading transformation or optimization projects
• Knowledge of KPIs, budgeting, and operational efficiency management
• Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools would be considered an advantage
• Very good command of English
• Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills
• Well‑developed leadership and communication skills
