Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. is seeking a highly skilled AI/GenAI specialist to drive strategic digitalisation projects in Warsaw. You will design and implement ML/AI solutions, including deep learning, aligned with GenAI advancements.

The role involves model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integrating solutions with IT and business teams in an agile setting. Insurance industry experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• University degree in Natural Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, CS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python and R; BI tools and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Hands-on experience in statistical modelling, ML/AI, GenAI; MLOps experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic digitalisation projects with focus on GenAI.
• Designing and implementing machine learning and AI solutions (deep learning).
• Contributing to deployment of ML/GenAI solutions, including model training, fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Working with IT and business units in agile, cross-functional teams to implement ML/GenAI solutions.
• Helping to build and maintain a company-wide AI community.
• Having work experience in the insurance industry.
