Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking a senior GenAI solutions architect to partner with enterprise customers in Poland, translating business challenges into scalable AI-enabled systems. You will design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications, leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and modern cloud platforms in regulated environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI models, RAG architectures, and a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes while ensuring security, compliance, and robust DevOps

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise-scale applications in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, RAG architectures, AI agents, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into GenAI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale GenAI applications delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead implementation activities across complex projects and provide technical guidance.
