Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw leads AI initiatives, focusing on Agentic AI, data preparation, and scalable ML environments.

You will design and operate AI-driven software solutions, integrate models into business processes, and advance ML lifecycle automation across teams. The role requires GenAI and ML expertise, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and experience with data engineering, MLOps, and cloud platforms like Azure.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or data.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, ML and DL, incl. relevant algorithms/models and RAG.
• Experience in preparing, cleansing and enriching data for AI applications.
• Very good knowledge of Python and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch); SQL for data management and queries.
• Experience with training, deploying and monitoring AI models and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms for scaling AI (Azure, Databricks, Kubernetes).
• Strong ability to identify data patterns and develop predictive models.
• Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analysing data from various sources to develop and optimise (Agentic)AI and ML models.
• Designing, implementing and operating software solutions for structured/unstructured data to automate ML lifecycle.
• Developing technical know-how, tools and methods for (Agentic)AI.
• Supporting operational units in integrating AI models into processes and systems.
• Designing and piloting AI solutions to monitor outcomes and measure impact.
