Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw is seeking a Data Scientist to design and deliver AI-powered solutions across the business. You will bridge the gap between technical capability and business impact, shaping prototypes to production-scale applications involving NLP and unstructured data.

You’ll work in agile, cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to data infrastructure improvements while enabling scalable model deployment in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Engineering).
• Strong hands-on experience in programming; Python is required.
• Experience with NLP tasks and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for scalable model deployment (MLOps, Docker, Git).
• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach.
• Experience in high-performance, cross-functional teams and fast-paced projects.
• Ability to distill complex concepts and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and tech teams to translate ideas into data- and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning and NLP models using modern tools.
• Prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis and modeling.
• Create visual and analytical outputs that support decision-making and data storytelling.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve data infrastructure and tooling.
• Work in cross-functional, agile teams and keep stakeholders informed.
