Job summary

Hiberus in Warsaw is seeking an ML/GenAI Engineer to design, build and develop ML and Generative AI solutions that address real business needs. This role offers a real impact on AI development from experiments to production, with a hybrid work model and 2-3 days per week in Warsaw.

You will design models, RAG solutions, AI agents, and API integrations, collaborating with analysts, Data Science, LLMOps, Architecture, and Security teams, while contributing to documentation and testing and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in building ML or GenAI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of libraries and frameworks used in Machine Learning and working with LLMs.
• Experience integrating models via APIs and working with structured and textual data.
• Ability to design tests and evaluate the quality of AI solutions.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, and team collaboration.

For our client - a large and stable organization operating in the services sector - we are looking for an ML/GenAI Engineer who will design, build, and develop Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions addressing real business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to have a real impact on the development of modern AI solutions, from experiments and prototypes through to production implementation.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and improving ML models and GenAI-powered applications.
