Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deliver production-ready GenAI and agentic AI solutions for leading global enterprises. You will combine solid software fundamentals with hands-on GenAI experience to take problems from concept to production.

Responsibilities include building GenAI apps, developing RAG pipelines, and deploying features to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with reliability and scalability. Strong Python, SQL, and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Software or Data Engineering.
• At least 1 year hands-on with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong Python skills and solid SQL understanding.
• Experience building RAG pipelines or agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI deployment to cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build GenAI apps and multi-agent systems for enterprise clients using Python and LLM APIs.
• Develop RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and integrations with databases and APIs.
• Own features end-to-end from prototyping to deployment in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Evaluate AI outputs, reduce hallucinations, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on high-impact projects.
