Job summary

Accenture plc in Warsaw is seeking an experienced cloud and AI engineer to design, build and maintain cloud-native AWS solutions and to develop AI/GenAI capabilities across the stack. You will work with Solution Architects and engineering teams to turn prototypes into production-grade solutions with a focus on security, scalability and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate on GenAI patterns, RAG, AI agents and enterprise integrations, while applying IaC and CI/CD to deliver repeatable, reliable

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS and core services across compute, storage, networking, databases, integration and security.
• Proficient programming skills, preferably Python, and experience developing cloud-native apps, APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD using Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Practical experience deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions on AWS, esp. Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Understanding GenAI concepts and patterns such as LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG and AI agents.
• Knowledge of AWS security, scalability, reliability, observability and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain cloud-native AWS solutions with architects and engineering teams.
• Develop and integrate AI and Generative AI solutions on AWS using Bedrock, SageMaker and related services.
• Contribute to enterprise AI platforms, providing reusable capabilities for AI development, deployment and operations.
• Implement GenAI patterns and integrate with enterprise data and applications.
• Automate cloud environments and deployments using IaC and CI/CD following AWS best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn designs into production-grade solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Participate in POV and POC initiatives exploring new AWS and AI capabilities.
