Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks an experienced GenAI Architect to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale autonomous AI ecosystems. You will define strategy, architect agent orchestration, and connect agents to existing systems with secure, compliant patterns.

You will also shape the enterprise knowledge layer, manage embeddings pipelines, and drive production-grade cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP while mentoring engineers and aligning with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in software architecture, data engineering, or ML engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise in GenAI and agentic AI space with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Ability to define strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and set technical direction for large teams.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategy: choose commercial vs self-hosted models for cost and security.
• Architect large-scale autonomous multi-agent ecosystems and orchestration patterns.
• Design enterprise integration layers (REST/API, event-driven) to connect agents with systems.
• Oversee vector architectures and knowledge layers with embeddings pipelines and MRP policies.
• Own security, compliance, and quality at architecture level, including PII handling and access control.
• Lead production excellence: cloud architecture with observability, cost governance, governance of AI guardrails.
