Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design and deliver production‑grade agentic AI systems for global clients. You will combine deep software engineering with hands‑on LLM work, architecting autonomous agents and scalable data backbones to enable enterprises to act on knowledge at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software or data engineering experience with 2–3 years in GenAI/LLMs.
• Proven hands-on with LLMs and Generative AI in production.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, chunking and retrievers.
• Familiar with agentic frameworks and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build autonomous multi-agent systems for enterprise workflows end-to-end.
• Design data backbone: embeddings pipelines, vector databases, hybrid search, RAG.
• Build secure integrations to databases, APIs and enterprise systems.
• Own production lifecycle: deploy to AWS/Azure/GCP with observability and security.
• Lead technical delivery with consultants and cross-functional teams.
