Accenture Poland is seeking a Full Stack Developer – AI Products to build GenAI and agentic AI solutions end-to-end. You will craft React frontends and robust backend services, connecting to LLM APIs and enterprise data sources to deliver production-ready features.

The role emphasizes collaboration with GenAI engineers and cross-functional teams, working on RAG pipelines, MCP, and cloud deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of commercial experience in full stack or web development.
• Experience building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systems.
• Good proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Backend development in Python (preferred) or Node.js – REST APIs and SQL databases.
• Experience integrating frontends with backend APIs, WebSockets, or streaming endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and embeddings, vector search, and RAG.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK) and MCP.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar).
• Good command of English (min. B2+).

Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive frontends for GenAI products using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs that connect UIs to LLM APIs, agents, and data sources.
• Implement AI-specific patterns: streaming LLMs, real-time agent status, citation rendering.
• Contribute to RAG pipelines and agentic workflows with vector stores and MCP.
• Deploy and run solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and test outputs.
• Collaborate with GenAI engineers, designers, architects, and consultants on client teams.
