Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day direction, workload management, prioritization, and performance oversight for team members.
  • Develop team capability through structured training, knowledge sharing, coaching, and ongoing skills development.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members, particularly those with limited compensation experience.
Compensation Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day compensation operations, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality delivery of compensation-related services and processes.
  • Partner with the Global COE Compensation team to support annual and cyclical compensation programs, providing effective operational execution and coordination.
  • Lead the team’s support for annual compensation reviews, salary adjustments, promotions, market reviews, and off cycle pay actions.
  • Ensure compensation transactions are completed accurately and in line with established policies, governance requirements, and service expectations.
  • Review, quality check and validate compensation analyses, recommendations and deliverables prepared by team members before submission to the Global COE Compensation team.
  • Manage operational workload, priorities, and escalations to support consistent delivery and effective service performance.
Analytics & Market Data
  • Support market pricing, benchmarking, salary survey participation, and compensation reporting activities.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to support internal equity, market competitiveness, and business decision-making.
  • Monitor compensation trends and provide insights to stakeholders through data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure market data is accurately mapped and maintained within compensation management tools and systems.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure compensation data quality, process controls, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Support compensation audits and data validation activities as required by the Global COE Compensation team.
  • Support implementation of new tools, technologies, and compensation processes.
Here’s what you’ll need
