Job summary

ZeptoLab UK Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Bullet Echo development team, combining operational excellence with process improvements. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary developers, set priorities, and drive hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

You will explore AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and contribute to competency frameworks and clear expectations across roles. Fluency in English is essential, Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a development team with delivery ownership.
• Experience in GameDev is a must.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams.
• Strong operational management and process improvement skills.
• Understanding of Agile and common project management approaches.
• Strong structured thinking and the ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships.
• High flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Experience in people and performance management.
• Experience with competency frameworks, goal setting, feedback and employee development.
• Experience with budgets and invoices will be a plus.
• Interest in AI and new approaches to management and operational processes.
• Fluency in English and Russian would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and ensure effective coordination across functions
• Own and improve operational processes within your area of responsibility
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements from idea to implementation
• Work with the team and management to set priorities, goals, and ways of working
• Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Contribute to competency matrices and clear expectations for different roles within the team
• Work with budgets, invoices, and other operational processes
• Explore and implement AI and other modern tools to improve management and operational processes
