Job summary

Newxel in Warsaw seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to convert business needs into AI agents. You will own the agent portfolio from discovery to production, and lead a factory of builders across Europe.

You will craft architecture-level specifications, coordinate with the CEO-driven strategy, and align with sales, recruitment, and operations to deliver against quarterly plans. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or program management in software teams, including AI/ML context.
• Experience designing architecture for AI agents or automation.
• Proven ability to map processes and write clear specifications for engineers.
• Built delivery function or process from zero and scaled it.
• Collaborated with non-technical stakeholders and a founder.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent portfolio, including discovery, specifications, and production handoff.
• Define the agent factory process: intake, review, build, test, release and monitoring.
• Develop an R&D delivery plan across platform, product, and agent portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align with business owners and CEO direction.
• Provide a weekly written update to the CEO.
