Nomagic Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the team that integrates physical AI, software, and robotics in real-world deployments. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and drive delivery in a fast-growing company with hands-on impact.

The role offers flexible hours, a relocation package, equity, and a partly remote setup (2 days in the office every two weeks) in an English-speaking environment.

What skills we’d like you to have:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Technical leadership skills & experience
• Great problem solving and proficiency in one of modern programing languages (we use Python)
• Experience in designing complex, multilevel software systems
• Fluent communication in English
