Job summary

Zexter is an ambitious product company building its own tech ecosystem in the iGaming space. We are looking for a QA Lead to own the quality and stability of our products, leading several QA Engineers and coordinating with Development and Product teams.

You will oversee the full QA lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test planning to release validation, production issue handling, and QA process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.
• 4+ years of experience as a QA Lead.
• Commercial experience in iGaming.
• Experience with high-load products.
• Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of APIs and REST; Postman is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience testing web applications and mobile devices.
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and defining test coverage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Russian — fluent.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Zexter is an ambitious product building its own technological ecosystem in the iGaming space.

We are developing our in-house platform, which is already live and actively operating, while also expanding our product line, allowing us to adapt quickly to market needs and implement innovations at speed.

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our Team and take ownership of the quality and stability of our iGaming products. You will lead a few teams of QA Engineers, combine hands-on manual testing with QA process management, and work closely with Development, Product, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

You will be involved in the full QA lifecycle — from requirements analysis and test planning to release validation, production issues, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Lead.

• Commercial experience in iGaming.

• Experience working with high-load products.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
