Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ad networks and vertical-specific nuances.
• Thorough knowledge of how ad networks operate, including auction systems and traffic specifics across segments.
• Understanding of the full acquisition/launch funnel across all Network ad formats within Gambling and Betting verticals.
• Expert-level proficiency with spy tools for competitive analysis, cloaking detection, QA testing.
• Analytics and traffic quality management.
• Ability to influence key traffic quality metrics (Retention, LTV, CR, CPA) based on source and GEO.
• Experience with complex traffic analytics and KPI optimization.
• Proficient in managing tasks and tracking in Jira.
• Ability to create detailed technical briefs for designers and copywriters.
• Development and testing of new funnels for traffic acquisition.
• Strategy and scaling with focus on profitability and target KPIs.
• Discovery of new funnels and testing approaches with partners.
