• Expert-level proficiency with spy tools for competitive analysis, cloaking detection, QA testing.
• Analytics and traffic quality management.
• Ability to influence key traffic quality metrics (Retention, LTV, CR, CPA) based on source and GEO.
• Experience with complex traffic analytics and KPI optimization.
• Proficient in managing tasks and tracking in Jira.
• Ability to create detailed technical briefs for designers and copywriters.
• Development and testing of new funnels for traffic acquisition.
• Strategy and scaling with focus on profitability and target KPIs.
• Discovery of new funnels and testing approaches with partners.

• Understanding of the full acquisition/launch funnel across all Network ad formats within the Gambling and Betting verticals
• Expert‑level proficiency with tools: advanced use of spy services (competitive analysis, cloaking detection, QA testing)
• Analytics and traffic quality management
• Quality management: ability to effectively influence key traffic quality metrics (Retention, LTV, CR, CPA) based on source and GEO specifics
• Deep analytics: performing complex traffic analysis and making precise optimization decisions for key performance indicators
• Confident use of task managers and tracking systems: experience working within Jira
• Creative and content workflow
