We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to own paid acquisition campaigns across multiple markets and channels, with a strong analytical approach and experience managing significant ad budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying / paid acquisition.
• Strong experience with Meta and/or Google Ads; TikTok and Snapchat experience a plus.
• Experience in iGaming, gambling, betting, social casino or other performance-driven vertical.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization.
• Comfortable with large budgets and data-driven decision making.
• Highly analytical, commercially focused and proactive.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CPA, ROI and conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign and player data to identify opportunities for scaling.
• Test creatives, audiences, landing pages and structures to maximise acquisition.
• Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining ROI.
• Work closely with creative, analytics and acquisition teams to improve campaigns.
• Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and advertising policies.
• Support the expansion of campaigns across different markets and verticals.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple markets and channels. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable managing significant advertising budgets while continuously optimising campaigns for performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant channels.

• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CPA, ROI, conversion rates, player value and other key performance metrics.

• Analyse campaign and player data to identify opportunities for scaling and improving performance.

• Test creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures to maximise acquisition efficiency.

• Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining strong ROI.

• Work closely with creative, analytics and acquisition teams to develop and improve campaigns.

• Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and advertising policies.

• Support the expansion of campaigns across different markets and verticals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Media Buying / Paid Acquisition.

• Strong experience with Meta and/or Google Ads; experience with TikTok, Snapchat or programmatic platforms is a plus.

• Previous experience within iGaming, gambling, betting, social casino, sweepstakes or another performance-driven vertical is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimisation.

• Comfortable working with large budgets and data-driven decision making.
