Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta Ads experience with real spend and measurable results.
• Experience scaling DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Ability to build testing roadmaps and creative briefs.
• Strong communication with clients.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel: creative, offer, or conversion issues.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients.
• Work with UGC creators: source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed.
