Job summary

Pack.com is seeking a battle-tested Media Buyer to scale profitable user acquisition in iGaming, sweepstakes, and gaming spaces. You will own high-volume campaigns across gaming DSPs, direct publishers, and creator-driven channels, with freedom to test hooks, angles, and funnel setups.

You’ll navigate compliance nuances, optimize for LTV, and drive direct-response results at scale. This role is fully remote with international collaboration and fast decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid media campaigns within iGaming or sweepstakes environments.
• Proven track record of scaling paid media budgets profitably.
• Strong technical setup: ad accounts, pixels, and S2S tracking.
• Direct-response mindset with CRO and funnel optimization.
• Fluency in data analytics, attribution, and backend value metrics.

Responsibilities

• Niche Gaming & iGaming Channel Buying: programmatic media buys across gaming DSPs and direct publisher placements.
• Telegram, Discord & Community Traffic: paid placements and native sponsorships in high-volume gaming communities.
• Influencer Paid-Media Amplification: whitelist and run posts with mid-tier gaming creators and streamers.
• Alternative Traffic Networks: leverage Taboola, Revcontent and other native networks for adult, gaming, and sweepstakes audiences.
