Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice invites you to join the EDGE program, a three-year Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development track with four six-month rotations and a year-long capstone. You will gain cross-functional experience, learn about the Integrated Supply Chain, and report to the ISC Enablement & Early Career Lead while working onsite in Katowice.

Successful associates graduate into roles aligned with performance, including individual contributor, technical, or supervisor paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by June 2027 or expected by June 2027.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Availability to work full-time starting July 2027.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland (we do not sponsor employment visas).
• The ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled process improvements and other business solutions.
• Engage in cross-functional rotations across planning, materials, quality, manufacturing, and operations engineering.
• Participate in mentoring and individualized training within a continuous learning environment.
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility.
