Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland seeks a Team Manager for Asset Management & Reliability procurement. You will lead a team delivering optimized MRO procurement, drive supplier performance, and align with Global AMR goals. You will report to the Sourcing Director - Operations Materials.

The role requires 3–6 years in procurement or supply chain, leadership experience, and strong negotiation skills. English B2 is required; German is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–6 years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in supplier management, negotiations, and process improvement projects.
• English written and spoken (minimum B2); German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AMR Commodity strategy to improve cost, quality, and supplier performance.
• Lead sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Oversee daily procurement and operational support activities.
• Promote process standardization and use data analytics to drive decisions.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning.
