Job summary

Responsibilities include developing learning series, curating content, coaching SMEs in adult learning and facilitation, delivering sessions, and coordinating global early career programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; permanent authorization to work in Poland.
- Preferred: degree in supply chain, engineering/science, or human resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-mode, asynchronous and synchronous learning series for ISC skills.
- Curate content using Rockwell Automation's library.
- Equip SMEs with adult learning and facilitation skills.
- Co-facilitate live sessions and support learners.
- Promote continuous improvement in ISC workforce development and analyze skills data.
