Job summary

State Street is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing change initiatives in a dynamic funds environment. You will coordinate deliverables, manage scope, schedules, risks, and budgets, and ensure alignment with specifications and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client-facing roles in mutual funds industry
• Proven experience delivering projects or coordinating deliverables in financial services
• Experience managing projects or initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and sponsors
• Fluent English; ability to work in an international environment
• Advanced PC literacy, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Manage all key project areas including scope, schedule, risks, issues and mitigation actions
• Lead workstream engagement, planning, scoping and budget development in line with engagement strategy
• Manage communication with multiple stakeholders including Clients and Sponsors
• Host and facilitate client-facing online meetings and status updates
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ensure adherence to internal PMO methodologies, standards and audit requirements
• Provide project reporting in line with governance requirements
• Collaborate with other PMO team members on local PMO processes
