Job summary

State Street Kraków seeks a Simcorp Fund Operations Specialist, Senior Associate, to join the IAIS team. The role focuses on fund administration, technical support, and process improvement, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office.

You will review fund components, resolve discrepancies, provide KPI reporting, and act as SME for systems and transitions to Poland. Requires 2+ years in fund administration, strong MS Office, English and German, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in fund administration or equivalent area.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Fluent English; German would be advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to teams and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Review fund components and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as central point of contact for technical issues and track trends.
• Ensure KPIs are produced and dispatched to Oversight as required.
• Support development, testing and implementation of new systems and products.
