Purpose Of Role:The purpose of Investment Administration Insourcing Services (IAIS) Simcorp Senior Fund Administrator role is:Monitoring all accounting related functions on funds assigned to the Team and ensuring they are reported accurately and on time to the necessary partiesCompleting assigned tasks, as well as verifying and reviewing the work performed by other Senior Fund Administrators and Fund AdministratorsDelivering quality service to assigned clients and excellent communication with internal clients and other supporting departmentsResponsibilities:Perform continuous fund administration processing and controlling tasks as well as reporting and administrative dutiesReview fund components and complete the reviewers’ checklistReview results of other fund administrators workLiaise with internal clients, external counterparties and support other departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery, resolving errors and discrepanciesAssist Team Manager in ensuring that departmental procedures and controls are adhered to. Identify control gapsProvide timely and professional responses to all inquiriesKeep Team Manager informed as to the daily work progress and status of requestsKeep proper communication with other team members. Address all instances of misconduct in this area and act as a role model in communication chainDemonstrate good time organizational skills in order to meet deadlinesProvide direction and training to staff, including new hires, in the course of their day-to-day work, train less experienced staff in fund and bank procedures and processes, and provide guidance and an adequate source of help for questionsTake responsibility for own personal development and training, and actively look for such opportunitiesAct on ad-hoc duties as assignedSpecific Qualifications / Skills:Numeracy / Literacy skillsThorough understanding of fund administration is requiredPC literate and fluent in use of Excel spreadsheetsMS Outlook knowledge on competent levelProfessional written and verbal communicationGood EnglishIntermediate GermanAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesAccuracy, good quality of work and attention to detailsAbility to take ownership and initiativesTeam playerLevel Of Education:Preferred Accountancy or Business related degreePrevious Level Of Experience:Recommended 12 months + experience in fund administration or equivalent areaPlesae Note: This role requires a minimum of 3 days/ week working from officeMinimum Salary:zł68,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
