STATE STREET CORPORATION in Kraków is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator for IAIS. The role focuses on monitoring accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, and delivering quality client service.

You will review colleagues’ work, liaise with clients and counterparties, and support the Team Manager in maintaining controls. The role requires 12 months+ fund administration experience, strong numeracy and Excel skills, fluency in English, and German as a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills required.
• Thorough understanding of fund administration.
• PC literate with Excel; proficient in MS Outlook.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous fund administration processing and controls.
• Review fund components and completion of reviewers’ checks.
• Liaise with internal clients and external counterparties for inputs and issue resolution.
• Support Team Manager; ensure procedures and controls are followed.
• Provide direction and training to staff; mentor new hires.
