Funduszy SimcorpDivision:Global DeliveryLocation:Poland, KrakówReporting To Position (add Bank Title) :Simcorp Fund Team Manager, Officer or Simcorp Fund Senior Manager, Assistant Vice PresidentRoles Reporting To This Position:NonePurpose Of Role:Investment Administration Insourcing Services (IAIS) Simcorp Fund Operations Specialist will engage in various projects, specific analyses and initiatives related to technical aspects of the fund administration businessProvide technical support to teams and Manager to ensure all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standardsWork organization requirement:Hybrid work model with 3 days of office work per weekAccountabilities/ Specific DutiesTake responsibility for quality of service, internal controls for all team deliverables. Demonstrate ownership of team's tasks completion and their efficient split among staff, especially when ad-hoc changes are required due to the nature of Fund Administration workReview fund components, analyze and resolve discrepanciesAct as a central point of contact for technical issues (identification, support resolution, track trends and escalate, risk identification and actions)Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are produced and dispatched to Oversight as requiredParticipate as technical Subject Matter Expert in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products relating to ongoing business transformation process, provide regular progress reports and give feedback during project meetingsAct as a source of technical expertise on Fund Administration systemsProvide timely and professional responses to all inquiriesContribute to analysis and planning of Fund Administration Operating Model with the aim of standardizing processes and establishing best practicesProvide technical and planning support for fund events, including new business transitions to Poland, ensure proper governance and controls are in place, perform post-transition analysis to identify process gapsDemonstrate flexibility by supporting various client groups as well as contributing to a range of projectsDeliver training sessions to staff, support other team members in onboarding and development processReview corporate documentation on processes, procedures and controls, initiate remedial action as necessary; ensure documentation exists for any client-specific proceduresAct on ad-hoc duties as assignedWork Parameters Or Boundaries (strategy/policies/ procedures…) :Internal State Street Poland procedures & regulationsStandard of ConductCountry Specific RegulationsAccounting StandardsPerformance Management System (PMS)Internal and External Relations (please provide an example) :Transactional relationships with peers in department and immediate supervisor, with some exposure to senior staff; ongoing external contactPERSON SPECIFICATIONSpecific Qualifications / Skills:Numeracy/Literacy skillsThorough understanding of fund administration is requiredGood computer literacy and very good working knowledge of MS OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluent EnglishIntermediate GermanAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesAccuracy, good quality of work and attention to detailsAbility to take ownership and initiativesGood numerical and analytical skillsGood organizational skillTeam playerVBA skills would be an advantageLevel Of Education:Preferred Accountancy or Business related degreePrevious Level Of Experience:Recommended 2+ years’ experience in fund administration or equivalent areaMinimum Salary:zł87,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
