MOL Polska invites you to join as a Cards Service Sales Representative (K/M) to drive B2B fuel card sales and related MOL services. You will build lasting partnerships, negotiate agreements, and coordinate across MOL Group to ensure top-tier customer service in a dynamic energy market.

With a focus on growth and market insight, you will leverage Salesforce CRM to report activities and performance while pursuing ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales; familiarity with the fuel industry and the TSL market is a plus.
• Ability to organize own work and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented with strong relationship skills and high personal culture.
• Experience in building long-term relationships with B2B customers.
• Proven ability to conduct commercial negotiations and close sales agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales of fuel cards and additional MOL services.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with MOL Group units to maintain high service standards.
