Job summary

MOL Polska is actively seeking a Cards Service Sales Representative to drive B2B fuel card sales and related MOL services in a dynamic market. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts, and expanding the customer portfolio through tailored business solutions.

You will work to achieve sales targets, support customers with MOL digital tools, and collaborate with MOL Group units to maintain excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Familiarity with the fuel industry and the TSL market is a plus
• Experience in a sales expert role preferred
• Ability to organize own work and meet targets

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of fuel cards and related MOL services.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Acquire and manage key B2B accounts and partnerships.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare sales agreements.
• Report sales activities and performance using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with MOL Group units to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Support customers in using MOL digital tools and channels.
• Monitor market trends and propose growth initiatives.
