Job summary

Amazon MLS Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver blended learning for the AGI-DS org, coordinating end-to-end training and tracking progress in the LMS.

You will work with the Training Manager to scale innovations globally, improve site-level training, and support the team with coaching, reporting, and collaboration across remote and local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in education or related field.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in French verbal and written skills.
• Learning/training experience and/or certification.
• Skilled in and can demonstrate experience with planning, creating, implementing, delivering and assessing various types of training.
• Communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development, including explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.
• Excellent collaboration, coordination and organisation skills.
• Experience with one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings.
• Knowledge of adult learning and training practices.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience leading and coordinating within a group of peers.
• Continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom training following the approved curriculum.
• Maintain theoretical proficiency in assigned trainings and stay current on tools and procedures.
• Manage the classroom to ensure an organized learning environment.
• Evaluate trainee performance daily and identify improvement areas.
• Provide coaching and feedback during training and report trainee engagement to TL.
• Share batch-related observations with Training Manager for corrective action.
• Manage LMS tasks like enrolment, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
• Publish training reports per standard/template.
• Collect feedback on training effectiveness and share with stakeholders.
• Communicate progress and needs of ongoing trainings to stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and document new training processes.
• Support Training Manager with delegated tasks to drive delivery across the team.
