Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Learning Manager to lead the site training agenda, develop programs from needs analysis to delivery, and collaborate with EU teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience managing a team with a focus on career development and succession planning.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Ability to analyze and interpret a range of performance metrics with advanced Excel and AI skills.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a team of Trainers.
End-to-end ownership of the associate and leader training programs at the site: from needs analysis to management and execution of training.
Creating effective partnerships with other Learning Teams within the EU to share best practice.
Planning, developing and evaluating training initiatives in collaboration with the senior team and Amazon's central leadership function.
Deploying training/coaching solutions to address quality and productivity requirements within the FC.
Providing coaching and feedback on leadership topics in 121s and workshops.
