McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with French for the Lodz, Poland hybrid role. You will drive full lifecycle recruiting in the EMEA region, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences.

Responsibilities include sourcing via social media, KPI reporting, and representing McCormick as an employer of choice. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to meet talent needs and ensure timely,

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and French required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology or related field.
• Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, including high-volume projects or corporate environments.

Aufgaben

• Source candidates through multiple channels including social media (e.g. LinkedIn).
• Own/lead relationships with business/functions and HR; provide updates on recruiting metrics and strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and advise on sourcing and selection criteria.
• Develop and realize talent strategies to address short- and long-term needs; manage risks.
• Act as McCormick Talent Brand ambassador to external market and create market awareness.
