Job summary

LGC Standards is a division of LGC Group, providing reference materials and QA tools. We are hiring a French Speaking Quoting Specialist to support customers in French-speaking markets from our hybrid Łomianki office, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Customer Service.

You will quote accurately, manage inquiries, and help customers navigate products while ensuring a seamless experience from first enquiry to quotation.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and strong English are essential.
• Experience in customer service, quotations or sales support is required.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate quotations for customers in French-speaking markets.
• Handle customer inquiries and help customers find products and solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and convert to orders.
• Build strong relationships and be a trusted contact for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support customers via phone, email, and digital channels; promote webshop usage.
• Handle regulated product inquiries in line with compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
