Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is expanding its Procurement team across European markets. The role focuses on processing indirect purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates speak French at least B2 and English at communicative B1-B2, with a minimum of one year in procurement or related finance areas. A Bachelor's degree and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with SAP IT systems (weBuy, SAP ERP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process and create indirect purchase requisitions across departments and countries.
• Create purchase orders for goods and services from external suppliers.
• Conduct quality checks and audits of procurement requests and documents.
• Support internal stakeholders in creating purchase requisitions.
• Respond to inquiries about procurement processes and procedures.
• Perform Plant Maintenance-related tasks like creating and updating Purchase Info Records.
• Provide training and procurement reporting support to stakeholders.
