Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a procurement professional to manage indirect purchase orders and ensure timely goods and services across European markets. You will process requisitions, create purchase orders, and maintain supplier documentation while ensuring compliance with procedures.

You should speak French (min. B2) and English (communicative B1-B2) and have at least 1 year of procurement or sourcing experience. A Bachelor's degree is required; SAP ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and create indirect purchase requisitions across departments and countries.
• Create purchase orders for goods and services from suppliers.
• Perform quality checks and audits of procurement requests and docs.
• Support internal stakeholders in requisition creation and training.
• Respond to inquiries about procurement processes and procedures.
• Update Purchase Info Records and perform related Plant Maintenance tasks.
• Provide procurement reporting support to stakeholders.
