Aon is seeking a People Matters Senior Specialist (Krakow) to support colleagues and managers on defined people, policy, performance and absence topics. The role sits in Aon Business Services and follows standard processes across Canada and other locations, with French language proficiency required.

As part of the People Matters team, you will triage and respond to inquiries, maintain documentation, and escalate complex issues to COE or Legal when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations, People Operations or HR in high-volume, process-driven environments.
• Strong case-management and documentation skills with confidentiality.
• Clear written and verbal communication across countries and time zones; French language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Act as initial contact for defined policy, performance, absence, wellbeing and ER queries.
• Provide guidance using policies, SOPs, templates and tools; resolve Tier 1/2 cases.
• Manage intake and triage of cases in the case-management system with proper documentation.
• Deliver defined service activities including policy consultation and ER operational tasks.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters to COE, Legal or specialists with summaries.
• Handle sensitive information per privacy standards and contribute to quality reviews.
