Job summary

Aon is seeking a People Matters Senior Specialist in Kraków to support colleagues and managers on defined people, policy, performance and absence topics in a hybrid setting. You will work within Aon Business Services under the People Matters Manager, delivering scalable support across the EMEA region.

As part of the team, you’ll handle Tier 1-2 queries, ensure accurate documentation, and apply standard tools and knowledge articles. Dutch language proficiency is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations, People Operations or HR case management.
• Ability to handle high-volume, process-driven work with confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for defined policy, performance, absence and wellbeing queries.
• Provide guidance using policies, SOPs and templates; resolve Tier 1/2 cases.
• Manage intake, categorisation and routing in the case-management system.
• Deliver defined service activities and escalate complex or high-risk matters appropriately.
• Handle health-related information in line with privacy standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
