Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Support Specialist to own customer issues, provide fast, clear help, and help millions of users via in-app chat, phone, and email.

This role supports 24/7 coverage, may include night and weekend shifts, and requires English and Hungarian fluency, plus a bachelor’s degree. You’ll collaborate with international teams to resolve issues with empathy and clear communication.

About the role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We’re looking for a Support Specialist to take ownership of customer issues, think deeper to find solutions, and contribute to the way we support our customers every day.

To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

What you'll be doing

Providing customers with a seamless experience to ensure confidence in using our features

• Delivering customer support through in-app live chat, phone, and email
• Representing Revolut by ensuring professional and consistent communication with customers
• Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1+ level)
• Fluency in Hungarian (native/C2 level)
• A bachelor's degree (must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate)
• The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
• Great writing, analytical, and IT skills
• To be independent with a problem-solving approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Empathy and love for helping people
• The ability to handle multiple platforms at the same time
• To be driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitude

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, or sales

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN6,200 - PLN7,700 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
