Antal is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist – Freight Audit in Poland to join a new Shared Services Centre. You will validate global freight invoices, ensure alignment with rates and tariffs, and coordinate with Logistics to resolve disputes in an international environment.

The role focuses on audits of road, air, ocean, parcel and intermodal invoices, with collaboration across AP, Procurement, Logistics and Finance teams to improve cost transparency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing or freight audit.
• Good understanding of invoice verification, matching and discrepancy resolution.
• Knowledge of freight processes, rates, tariffs and Incoterms.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and validation tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform end-to-end audits of global freight and transportation invoices.
• Validate charges against rates, tariffs and shipment data.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with logistics providers.
• Ensure accurate invoice coding and tax treatment per procedures.
• Collaborate with AP, Procurement, Logistics and Finance teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor open audit cases and ageing exceptions.
• Track KPIs like audit coverage, accuracy and savings.
• Support implementation and use of freight audit tools and systems.
• Prepare reports on audit results, discrepancies and savings opportunities.
