Job summary

Spotco is building a platform for group activities and seeks a self-driven outreach partner in Warsaw. You’ll locate organizers, initiate personal conversations, and show how Spotco helps publish activities. Compensation is commission-based with goals tied to actual usage by organizers.

You will work remotely with flexible hours, deciding when and where to operate, and may extend the collaboration into sales or growth roles based on results.

Qualifications

• Independent worker who can identify potential organizers and start conversations.
• Experience in sales, BD, or customer acquisition is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent Polish and comfortable English communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently locate and identify organizers via public sources.
• Reach out through phone, email, Facebook, Instagram, or other channels.
• Provide tailored pitches and demonstrate Spotco benefits.
• Follow up with interested organizers and help publish their first activity.
• Build relationships and feedback loop with Spotco.
